At Home Assurance, we offer you timely inspections, with clear and easy to read reports of the home that you are buying, selling, or own. Home Assurance is a Full Service company. We are here to meet your individual needs. We are Lockbox Accessible, so scheduling is never a problem. We will verify that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on, and confirm the time scheduled with the listing agent. Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions.
Residential Inspections ....Start at $250
The cost of your inspection will be based on the Square Footage, the Age and the Location of the home. Please call for exact price quotes.

A home inspection is a thorough, visual examination of the structure and operating components of the home by a Trained Professional.

The condition of every major component will be looked at from the roof to the basement and any Major and Minor deficiencies will be reported, as well as Safety Concerns and Potential deferred cost items will also be listed.

The Inspector will evaluate and take notes on the condition and operation of the components tested. Upon completion a report will be distributed to you.
Re-Inspections ....Only $75
If you negotiate repairs to be done you may want the repairs to be inspected to make sure that they were done correctly. A re-inspection will sometimes be requested for the following reasons:
